  If I could give a negative star I would. Michael went to my parents cabin to repair the refrigerator on Friday without a freon tester and freon. He said it was something else and charged them $110 plus my mom gave him $10 extra for coming. He didn't check to see if it was fixed and it wasn't. So she called and he came back out Saturday with freon and charges another $105. As of this morning it's 80 degrees inside the refrigerator because Michael doesn't know what the hell he's doing. I've asked him not to take advantage of my elderly parents and to refund 100% of their money $225 so they can call someone that's qualified. Let's see if he's an honest business man or if I have to file charges against him for taking advantage of elderly people. Come on, do the right thing!

  I would give a zero rating if I could. These folks have an agreement with my rental company to get pre-authorization on repairs above $250. They didn't and repaired my stove anyway, for a whopping $314. I would have never authorized a repair on a 10 year old stove when I could buy a new one for that price. I called the office to speak with Debbie about this situation and she was very rude and told me they did the work and there was no discussing it. It's a shame my rental company was punctual in paying this bill because had it not been paid I would not pay them a dime! I asked to speak to the ownet and explain my issue with this charge and she would not provide his number and even went so far as to tell me she'd take my message and he may or may not get back to me. Terrible customer service, and they don't lookout foe their customers. It's obviously all about the money to them. I have owned small businesses in the past and I would never recommended a repair on an item that costs as much or more then a new replacement.
